Dan is a founding partner in Lapidot, Melchior, Abramovich & Co. He has extensive experience in complex merger and acquisition transactions, corporate structuring and corporate financing. Specifically Dan has participated in numerous venture capital funding transactions, representing both venture capital funds, companies and entrepreneurs. In addition Dan has participated in complex real estate transactions throughout Israel and Europe.

Ziv is a partner in Lapidot, Melchior, Abramovich & Co. Prior to turning to private practice, he worked for 5 years (1997-2002) in the Israeli Antitrust Authority, rising to the office of Head of the Enforcement & Compliance Department and a member of the Antitrust Authority’s senior management.
Ziv taught Conflict of Laws in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1998-1999) and served as a visiting lecturer on Antitrust Law in Lahav Executive Education, Faculty of Management, Tel Aviv University (2002), Haifa University (2005) and Netanya Academic College (2006). Ziv has published numerous articles on Antitrust and is the Israeli correspondent of Global Competition Review. Ziv serves as Vice Chairman of the presidency of the Antitrust Committee of the Israeli Bar Association and is responsible for Civil and Commercial Law fields in the Knesset (Parliament) Connection Team of the Israeli Bar Association.
