The LMA team represents creditors, shareholders and court appointed administrators in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings - from the initiation of the bankruptcy proceedings in order to recover debts, and until collection of the debt.

Our litigation practice is experienced in complex cases for the recovery of assets smuggled away by the debtor. In addition we represent employees in insolvent companies in exercising their rights to compensation from the national insurance institute.

The LMA liquidation services are not limited to insolvency cases - we also handle voluntary liquidations initiated in order to distribute a corporations assets between the shareholders, or as part of reorganization plans.
