Yedidya is a founding partner in Lapidot, Melchior, Abramovich & Co.

He has extensive experience in intellectual property including licensing, corporate financing and restructuring, establishing distribution channels, and handling international commercial transactions. As part of his practice Yedidya consults Israeli and foreign clients in complex transactions.

Yedidya also heads the commercial and corporate litigation department and leads a team dealing with shareholder disputes and commercial litigation, including through alternative dispute resolution procedures.

In addition, Yedidya serves as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

Yedidya is the author of the Israeli chapter in the 6th edition of The Intellectual Property Review (2017), and the 2018 Israeli chapter in the 7th edition of The Intellectual Property Review (2018).
