Osnat Shlezinger brings more than a decade of experience from the Israel Competition Authority, where she served as a team leader and managed dozens of complex cases involving competition law, enforcement proceedings, and regulatory matters. Her background provides her with deep insight into how regulatory authorities operate and how regulatory decisions affect business activity.

Practice Areas:

  • Competition & Antitrust: Advising clients on competition and antitrust law matters, including compliance with the Law for the Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Transaction Support: Advising on mergers, commercial collaborations, and other business arrangements from a competition law perspective, including assessing potential regulatory implications.
  • Legal Opinions & Regulatory Filings: Preparing complex legal opinions regarding monopolies, restrictive arrangements, merger transactions, and competition-related aspects of commercial activity. This work includes preparing submissions to the Israel Competition Authority when regulatory approval is required.
  • Compliance Programs: Developing and implementing internal compliance programs in the field of competition law, tailored to the structure and operational characteristics of each company.
  • Litigation & Enforcement Proceedings: Advising and representing clients in litigation and enforcement proceedings relating to competition law before the Israel Competition Authority, other regulatory bodies, the Competition Tribunal, and courts in administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings.
