Reut Ozen serves as a paralegal in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, supporting the team in the management and protection of clients’ intellectual property rights.
Responsibilities:
- Regulatory & Corporate Documentation: Preparing corporate regulatory documentation, including internal policies for the protection of trade secrets and information management, in compliance with regulatory frameworks such as FDA and EMA requirements, tailored to client needs.
- Intellectual Property Reviews & Due Diligence: Conducting trademark searches, assisting in intellectual property due diligence processes, and preparing preliminary intellectual property assessments.
- Registration & Portfolio Management: Providing ongoing support for the registration, renewal, and management of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and industrial designs in Israel and internationally.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Managing administrative and legal processes relating to intellectual property matters, including renewals, submissions to authorities in Israel and internationally, and coordination with clients, patent attorneys, and international intellectual property agencies.
Reut plays an important role in supporting the professional team that assists companies, startups, and individual clients in developing and protecting their intellectual property strategies.
